Moises Grayson is a founding member of the firm and represents financial institutions, corporate clients and business owners, concentrating his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, contract litigation, arbitrations, health care involving Medicare and Medicaid compliance issues and audits, and tax litigation.
Mr. Grayson was born in Cuba, 1955. He graduated from Columbia College in 1977 and earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1982, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Corporation Law. Mr. Grayson earned his L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1984. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Grayson worked in the Tax Department of Coopers and Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Cooper) and Sparber Shevin, Sapo Heilbronner and Brook, P.A.
