Carrie Henry is an Associate Attorney and part of the firm’s commercial litigation practice. Her practice includes complex commercial litigation, secured transactions, bankruptcy, commercial leasing, landlord/tenant disputes, trademark litigation, civil litigation, and general business matters.
Carrie was born in Alabama in 1992. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Birmingham-Southern College where she majored in International Relations and Spanish. Carrie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 2018. While in law school, Carrie was a member of the Eleanor R. Cristol and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic. She also clerked for the Honorable Judge Joseph Boohaker, the presiding judge of the 10th Judicial Circuit in Birmingham, Alabama. These experiences allowed her to obtain the valuable firsthand experience and skills necessary to effectively represent clients in the courtroom.
