Isabel Vals Colleran was born in Manhattan, New York. Ms. Vals Colleran graduated with a Bachelors of Science Degree Cum Laude and with a Masters of Arts Degree, from the University of Miami. She attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and also attended the University of Exeter in Exeter, England as part of a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar program where she graduated with an LLM degree. Ms. Vals Colleran is admitted to the Florida Bar and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
