Edward A. Proenza is an Associate Attorney and part of the firm’s community association law practice group. He leads the firm’s condominium and homeowners’ association assessment collection practice. In addition, he assists community associations with election matters, contractual agreements, demand letters, and changes to by-laws and community documents. Edward also practices real estate and landlord tenant law.
Edward is highly involved with the local Hispanic National Bar Association chapter and is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. While in law school, he served two terms as the President of the University of Miami Hispanic Law Students Association and under his leadership, the organization was named the nation’s top Hispanic law student organization of 2015.
Edward earned his Juris Doctor, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2015 and his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from Florida International University in 2011. He is fluent in Spanish.
