Gaspar Forteza (Associate) was born in Cordoba, Argentina on November 23, 1980. Mr. Forteza graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and from Florida International University School of Law in 2007. Mr. Forteza was a Comments Editor, Florida International University Law Review, 2006-2007 and authored "Regarding Simon v. Otros Accountability in Argentina and International Human Rights as Domestic Positive Law," 3 FIU L. REV. 187-233(2007). While in law school, Mr. Forteza was also a member of the Human Rights and Environmental Law Society, President, 2005-2007 and was a recipient of Book Awards for Legal Spanish and International Business Transactions.

Mr. Forteza joined the Firm as an associate in 2008, and practices in the areas of commercial litigation and general civil litigation. Mr. Forteza is a member of the Florida Bar (2007), and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
